... is a membership based, non-profit economic and community development organization working to attract and retain businesses and services to improve the quality of life for people who live and work in southwest Rockford, Illinois.
A volunteer board of directors and various committees, comprised of a diverse cross-section of our community, meet regularly to undertake special projects and assist in the economic and social redevelopment and revitalization of this quadrant of our city.
